Shipping policy
Once you choose the items and submit the order, confirmation email shall be sent to you, the items will be received within 2-3 working days inside Egypt only.
Returns policy
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Basil&co purchase.
It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise, then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate.
If you receive an item that is not requested or (broken, damaged), you may contact customer service within 48 hours for a replacement. Unfortunately, it is in the nature of our product to come across spilled package, a damaged pump or is not working properly, if you happen to receive one, we will replace it, please contact customer service (support@basilandco.store )or by phone at (01099708850) and we will respond with the appropriate return.
Notes: product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
